Welcome to Sundarban Tiger Tourism! By booking a tour or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking and Payments

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of tour departure.

• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and secure online gateways.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Guest:

• 7 or more days before tour date: 80% refund

• 3–6 days before tour date: 50% refund

• Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

Cancellation by Sundarban Tiger Tourism:

• In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions), we will offer either a full refund or rescheduling of the tour.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated in each tour package.

• Personal expenses, drinks, camera permits (for foreign nationals), and costs due to delays or weather disruptions are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Child Policy

• Children aged 1–4 years: Free of charge

• Children aged 4–8 years: 50% of adult price

• Children aged above 8 years: Charged full adult rate

5. Guest Responsibilities

• All guests must carry valid government-issued ID.

• Foreign nationals must carry their original passport and valid visa.

• Respect local customs, wildlife, and the natural environment.

• Follow all instructions provided by the tour guide and forest department during activities.

6. Health & Safety

• Please inform us in advance about any medical condition, allergy, or special dietary requirement.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

• We provide basic first-aid support, and doctor-on-call is available if necessary.

7. Tour Modifications

• Sundarban Tiger Tourism reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather conditions, tides, forest permissions, or safety concerns.

• Any changes will be communicated in advance, and suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sundarban Tiger Tourism will not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the tour

• Delays or interruptions due to natural disasters, political strikes, road closures, or government regulations

• We do not include travel insurance; guests are encouraged to arrange their own if desired

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, images, logos, and videos) is the intellectual property of Sundarban Tiger Tourism. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
